The Above Floor Rough-In tub provides extra space under the tub to move drain plumbing to align with the outlet. Ideal for remodeling where the old drain is in a slab floor or floor joists need modification. Refer to the specification sheet for full details. The pPRO skirted acrylic tub from Valley Acrylic is attractive, durable, functional, and installs in under a day. Valley Acrylic tubs use proprietary layering technology to reinforce and insulate better than other tubs. A heavy acrylic sheet with resin and fiberglass backing is layered with real Canadian wood, then coated with another resin layer, offering superior heat retention, insulation, strength, and rigidity. Unlike cast iron, this design retains heat, saving energy and water. The one-piece skirt has a smooth front panel for a simple, modern look, and the integral tile flange ensures easy installation. The 66" width is considered oversized for residential use, ideal for upgrading your current tub or for new construction. The 3mm thick acrylic layer provides a high-gloss surface resistant to scratches, fading, and cracking, maintaining a clean, attractive appearance over time. Its vibrant surface cleans easily with mild soap and water—no scrubbing or harsh chemicals needed. The nonporous acrylic resists mineral deposits, providing a safe and hygienic bathing experience. The pPRO tub features a generous contoured opening with armrests and a 13" water depth. Valley Acrylic, a woman-owned business, handcrafts eco-friendly products in a Certified Zero Waste factory in Mission, BC, Canada.
