Before the COVID-19 pandemic, I used a Rocelco DADR adjustable desk riser at work, I was a daily gym rat, and I almost never had any back pain. Since I've been working at home, sitting long hours without a desk riser, and putting on a bit of weight, for the first time in a decade I was hit with severe low back pain. I brought a Rocelco EADR2 sit-stand desk converter home, and started standing for part of the day just like I did at the office. That awful lower back pain is now almost gone, I'm back to my daily jogging, and that creeping weight gain has started to reverse itself. I'm not just the President of the company, I'm also a customer and fan.
