I first bought one of these desks 4+ months ago, and liked it immediately , later found, that the manufacturer makes a printer table that has the same lines and design, so bought that, and another desk to make a lovely furniture statement . Also very easy to move when have the carpets cleaned , AAA+++ in my book , real wood , lovely appearence

The metal screws that go into the hinges should be of a slight larger bore and lenght, and are a bit flimsy, I replaced #4 screws with #5 diameter and added 1/4 inch in length to screws, now table does not wobble

I just received this desk. [...] It was a BREEZE to put together (4 screws). It is probably not sturdy enough to hold heavy things, but plenty sturdy to hold a vanity mirror, make-up case and computer keyboard and mouse, as I plan. I also believe it would be just fine to hold a flat screen monitor. However I don't know if I would put the old fashioned (heavy) type monitor on this piece. It is attractive and a good deal for the money.
