After fearing 2 glass/steel tables would arrive damaged, I was pleasantly surprised at how well they were packed.
It took 2 of us to assemble the tables. One has to hold while the other applies the screws....
As others have remarked, the finish would be more attractive if solid black. I will be painting over the silver showing through when the weather warms.
I ordered 2 of these console tables to hug the back of our very long sofa. I will use them for display of accessories, or perhaps for serving a buffet meal.

This table is functional and decorative, without taking up much floor space. It fits in with my traditional furnishings, while updating the look. It was very quick and easy to put together. The price here was significantly less than other on-line retailers. I don't care for the silver that shows through, as others have said, and I may spray paint later.

used table to put dvd player on. it is under our tv on the wall. didn't need a sofa table but when we saw your display, we knew it was exactly what we wanted.

Easy to put together. Table is exactly as pictured; there is an identical table at a retail/catalog source for almost 4 times the price. As you would guess from the low price, the glass shelves are not very thick, but they are adequate for an accent table.

We moved from an apartment with a fairly good size bedroom, to a house with a much smaller bedroom. With the compromise on size we could not use our original TV cabinet. This table worked out perfectly for our flat screen TV and DVD player, and cable box. With the black metal stand and glass shelves it did not get too distracting and blended beautiful with our black oriental bedroom set. Very pleased with product and price, as I shopped for a long time trying to find something of this size, and in the price range. Hard to find. Thank you Cymax for adding the finishing touch to our bedroom.

Although it was frustrating to put this table together, my husband figured it out and it was worth it. We almost bought a very similar table from another retailer that cost 3x more. We are glad we didn't. We got the matching stools from that retailer and although it's not a perfect fit, they look great together.
