Love the cart as it was perfect for what I needed. My only gripe is that you have to be extra careful when assembling the drawer as there is not as simple to line up everything as the rest of the cart. Also, as I screwed the pieces together, I waited for the point when it became a bit harder to turn so that I would know it is almost tight. It never came and a couple of the screws actually broke. As a result, I had to use carpenter's glue to ensure the pieces would hold together.

This cart looks beautiful in my facial/massage rooms. It moves easily and the adjustable shelves make it versitile. The assembly was simple but there were SO MANY STEPS. I wish it had been partially assembled.The finish on the counter top is easily scratched so I have to keep it protected with a mat. I would purchase another one of these - I have 2 now.

The cart is very sturdy. I use it to store and elevate my microwave (which rests on the top of the cart). It does not shake when I open/ close the microwave door b/c the cart wheels can be locked in place. I consider myself pretty savvy at assembling furniture, and so I did not find the instructions difficult. I can imagine it being daunting for first timers. If you don't tighten the screws enough, the cart will wobble since it is high. So if you find it wobbling, don't blame the design. Just get help tightening the screws. Also be very careful assembling, as it is easy to scratch the corner/ surface of the wood, as I learned the hard way. I would imagine it would scratch easily if you dropped a fork on the surface, but that hasn't happened to me yet. The only fault I found with the design was that the drawer is just a simple slide drawer that relies on wood joints (thus resulting in more friction). It does not have the typical metal hardware that can allow for easy open/close that you might find in a dresser or night table. It is not important for me, so not a big issue. I only store dish clothes in the drawer, since it not that big.

After searching multiple sites for the perfect microwave cart, I found it in this one! Exactly what I was looking for and perfect size for what I needed in a limited kitchen space. I put my microwave on the top (size I think is 1.1 cubic feet)and it fits just perfectly. I received it very quickly which was great! I was able to put this together by myself, it was a little difficult at times so I would suggest another set of hands if possible. This is a very high quality, classic, modern looking cart! It's made of real hardwood, not pressed (it's heavy wood). Beautiful product and I'm very impressed. This is my first purchase from Cymax.com and I will keep the site in mind for any future purchases. Highly recommend!! :-)

I use this cart as a desk/telephone stand, since I could not find a small enough desk for my space. It looks great in my contemporary-style kitchen and matches my other espresso furniture pieces. I love the fact that the stainless on the cart matches my cabinet handles and appliances.
