Use this cart for additional storage for dry goods since my kitchen lacks enough cabinets. The wood parts of the cart are very attractive. The sides and back are a cardboard-like material with a paper-like woodtone "veneer". Wish it had been wood all over. Not too hard to assemble, but some of the screws took a lot of force to complete. A few of them could not be driven completely. In one of those cases they were encountering another pre-set screw. but that didn't interfere with the assembly. The parts list is not enitrely easy to decipher. Needs careful attention. It arrived with a small split in the wood frame of one side. I faxed the request for a replacement part, and had an answer via email the next day that replacement was being processed. Super glue might have been enough to fix it, but I didn't want to take the chance it wouldn't hold. The shelves are 1X2 slats, so the bottom will allow dust to easily get into the interior of the cart. I'm working on how to solve that issue. I didn't like the drawer pull, so I replaced that with two ceramic knobs I had. Overall, it's a nice cart for the price. I would have liked a bit more storage space in the shelves. Drawer is nice for potholders or some utensils or small cookbooks. Definitely like the casters. They lock in place for staying put, but piece still moves slightly. For easy moving, you must unlock them. They are easy to lock & unlock. Only two of the 4 casters lock, so I wanted them on the front where they're easy to reach. Didn't get that right the first time.

I needed a folding surface in my small laundry area. This cart works beautifully with the space I have. It has plenty of storage area and is not a cheap particle board piece of junk. This is made from solid wood and would be an attractive, usable addition to any kitchen or dining area, as well as what I am using it for. I'm very pleased with the quality of the product and very reasonable price. The only thing I would change is to have four locking wheels instead of two.

A web search led me to this product. I wanted it to be caster-mounted for easy relocation. I wanted it to be real wood. I wanted it to be an economical buy. [...]I was seeking it as additional storage space to use for the food and other supplies for my female English Labrador retriever. I wanted a closed cart to keep an inquiring nose at bay. I wanted it to be easily moveable, which it is. It is well made and sturdy. It was well packed for shipping. The illustrations for the assembly could be a little more clear. The installation of the screws was stiff in some instances and required strength to complete.

The quality of the wood is very good; as is the overall appearance. There is a 1/2" gap where the doors should meet - we are still working on that. The top had a crack and we contacted the company, but are still waiting to hear back from them.
