I was not pleased with your company's return policy. One of the stools arrived damaged in the box. Your return policy requiring me to take pictures of the damage and attaching pictures to emails ...Read complete review
I was not pleased with your company's return policy. One of the stools arrived damaged in the box. Your return policy requiring me to take pictures of the damage and attaching pictures to emails was time-consuming and at times frustrating. I felt like your company didn't believe me, the customer, that the stool had been damaged before it left your warehouse or in the actual shipping. I was glad to receive a replacement stool, but the overall process required too much red tape. I'm not sure I will order from your company again because I don't want to have to go through that again.

It was exactly what I expected. No assembly needed fit perfect in our bar area. It was a great value and I feel I got my moneys worth. My dog chewed a leg 2 hours after I unpacked it... but thats not the companies fault... Im searching for touch up paint.
