General Shipping Information:
Small Parcel
Standard shipping is via FedEx Ground. The estimated delivery time will be approximately 5 - 8 business days after the order is shipped. Delivery times will depend on the local delivery schedule of the carrier, and it may not be possible to make an appointment. Generally, ground delivery is available Monday to Saturday 9am to 8pm. A signature is not typically required: if the customer is not at home to accept delivery, the product will be left if it is safe to do so. Please note that deliveries cannot be made to a PO Box or a military APO/AE address. If the shipping address is a business address, delivery will be attempted only during normal business hours Monday to Friday. The item will not be left without a signature on file. Delivery is not available to Puerto Rico, Alaska or Hawaii.

Comments about Winsome Regalia Contemporary Antique Walnut Wine Rack: The top back corner was received damaged. This probably happened during shipping because the wood pieces were in the box. Also, three of the left side shelf support pins were not aligned properly. I had to remove the screws and move the pins up approx. 1/4". Other than that, it is a good shelf and is what I wanted to display and store some of my fine wine bottles. Displaying reviews 1-3 |
