      I love the finished product, but only because my husband was able to plug the pre-drilled holes and drill new ones in the correct places in order to make it work. Otherwise we would have had to return it since assembly was impossible. I needed a tall, narrow book shelf to put in the middle of a long wall, next to a couch, and the open sides look good for this purpose. I would recommend purchasing this through a local store so that you can return or exchange it easily if the pieces don't fit each other.
