This is one fantastic grill for a small gathering. Heats fast and hot (600 degrees) for perfect steaks. Cooks slow and indirect as well. Assembled in less then 1/2 hr. Easy clean up.

Like the small amount of space it occupies. Last grill was a Weber Genesis we were looking to replace but the new ones are too big. Was a bit concerned with all the plastic on the Q320 but once assembled, it is/was very sturdy, and should last for more than a few years. Cooks as good or better than the Weber we replaced. No complaints at all about the grill or Cymax.

Tis the season for cooking out, which means all the "big box" stores have started displaying their grills. Problem is, each one is bigger than the next. My guess is that most Americans suffer from "grill envy" and seem to think size is the only consideration when shopping for an outdoor cooker. All these grills are measured in "Burger Capacity," and feature 4 or 5 burners, putting out 40k, 50k or even 60k BTU. That's great if you regularly cook dinner for your entire neighborhood, but the rest of us need a grill that's reliable, well-made, and sized right. Enter the Weber Q 320: its economical (only uses 21,700 BTU) and perfect for a couple or a small family.I don't know why more brick and mortar stores don't carry this product. Its smaller than most of the grills you see at [...] but don't let the size fool you. The grilling surface is still plenty large: I was able to cook burgers and hot dogs on it to feed 6 dinner guests, with plenty of room to spare. I can even fit a whole pizza on it. So before you rush out and buy the biggest grill on the market, ask yourself: do you really need all that space, or will it just go to waste?To save space when not in use, the Q 320 employs two side tables that fold down. These side tables are VERY sturdy when engaged, but I fear that the constant folding/unfolding may wear them out a bit many years down the road. Only time will tell, but right now no problem!Another thing to be aware of is the complete lack of any junk parts on this grill. Yeah, the stand is all plastic, but once put together, its very durable and rugged. Sure some of the El Cheapo grills are all metal, but they use cheap steel that rusts in a matter of years. The Q 320 won't rust away on you, and I'm confident I'll still be using this 10+ years from now.If you keep your Q 320 outside, then I definitely recommend purchasing the Weber grill cover that's made for the Q 300/320. Note that it will only fit the grill with the side tables folded down.My only complaint about this grill is there is little to no room for storing grill accessories on the stand. The side tables have convenient hooks for grill tools, but once you fold the tables down, the tools will just fall off the hooks. Minor complaint though - I've decided to keep my expensive grill tools inside anyway where they're protected from the elements.
