Good for a less expensive wood laminate, large capacity shelving system. Easy to assemble until backer that yu have to slide into groove. Have patience and sand paper ready. Also, vertical edging on shelves covers spine of end DVD/CD on each shelf. Great for massive collections to take up slim space though.

Not a bad shelf unit once you get it put together and it holds a bunch of stuff. The back of unit is flimsy and difficult to slip into slots, no reason to have this design, makes the assembly more complicated.

The screws that hold the back against the support boards should be flat, they are domed and stick out causing the DVD's to stick out in front of each screw and the screws are visible if the shelf is not filled with products. Shelves are thin and I am not sue they will hold up over time.

The finish is typical stick-on laminate, not sure they are worth the price. I wish someone would make real wood high-capacity good quality shelving units. This same basic design would be great if it were real wood and was a singel 4-bay unit. I would recommend this product as long as you understand the limits of this type of product.

based on the size of my dvd collection and the space i had available this unit worked perfectly i had been shopping for one over a year decided to go with this one and so far im very happy with it. it is a little unsterdy to move around but once its in place where u want it, its perfect. i dont think the shelves should be a problem as far as warping or sloping in the middle either. based on price, size and design i would have to say no better bang for your buck.

With a huge collection of paperback books (and a few hundred CDs), I wanted something that would be able to store them without lots of wasted space. This item works great for that, with its incredibly adjustable shelves. Assembly instructions were poor though; it would've helped to have written a couple of sentences on each page rather than relying purely on pictures.

It's a very large CD case. I have approx. 1000 CD's and there's much room to grow. I'm not looking forward to moving it though. It is not heavy duty construction, but I knew that before I bought it!
