      This is the first time I've ordered from Cymax. I live in Canada and wasn't sure how difficult it would be to ship here. Aside from a small fee for an international delivery (and it was less than $15, which is nothing considering there were no other shipping, brokerage or other fees), there were no complications at all. In fact, it was so smooth and fast, I wondered why all American companies can't service Canada in as expeditious a matter. I ordered my fireplace knight on the 14th of the month, it shipped on the 16th and was in my living room by the 18th -- so fast!!! When we received the product, it was a little smaller than I anticipated, because the height of the product given is the height of the battle axe (not the knight's head). Also, it is a facade of a knight, because the tools are all tucked behind the facade, but it is still very sturdy (it's got good weight) and the size is perfect for not being too large or bulky for the space, so it doesn't take over the focal point that is the fireplace. In all, a great productt! I would definitely order from Cymax again.

      Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
