Bought this desk for my personal use. Really like the design and size. Assembly was easy due to unusually good instruction. Parts and hardware are well labelled. Some pieces were shipped with small damage not due to shipping but were packaged that way.Drawers on right side do not align properly and are very difficult to open and close.Overall I like the desk but the quality could be better for the money spent.

Bought it for the looks and as a space-saver that still has decent work space and storage. Good on all those counts. And if you're not too picky, it can be located within a room - that is, not pushed up against a wall - because the back is somewhat finished.

But don't think this desk is quick or easy to assemble! There are countless parts and the instructions are terrible. The desk is heavy. Assembly really needs two people, both of whom are PATIENT and determined to make it work. Plus, we simply can't get some of the seams to close; there are gaps because of faulty connectors.

Be sure to have an electric screwdriver handy; using the small tool provided will wear out your wrist. And the best advice I got from another review is to be sure and put sliders or felt on the desk's "feet" because it's heavy and hard to move once you're done.
