I ordered six chairs. They were easy to assemble.They look quite nice. They are comfortable for the amount of time we sit at the table. The problem I have is with the inconsistent quality of workmanship. One chair had the foam mounded in the center of the chair, leaving it very uncomfortable to sit on it, as the wood frame stuck into the back of your legs. And another chair had a hard plastic like nain up on top of the chair sticking trough the fabric just a tiny bit. I elected to ingnore the latter, but contacted customer service regarding replacing the chair with the foam mounded. First they wanted me to take pictures and send them to them, I turned that down, telling them I would keep one of the three boxes and just send the chair back. Then they e-mailed me that they would be happy to send out another (two chair box) since this in the only way they come from the factory, but first I had to donate the one damaged chair, along with one good chair, to either [@] or [@] in THEIR name, and send the recipt to them, where upon they would check out the donation slip to be sure it matched all their instructions, they would then send out the 2 replacement chairs. Sound good? Well, not to me! I called them back and asked, "what happens if I donate two chairs, one good, one not, and I finally receive the two replacement chairs, and either one or both are damage or not constructed correctly! Will I now need to go through this whole ridiculous process again?! Couldn't they just send my the chairs, I pick out the best two, and THEN I donate the two unwanted chairs?". The very nice young lady said she would note my request into the system, and the head of customer service would get back to me. That was over a week ago. Haven't heard anything as of yet. So much for full customer service and easy returns and satisfaction guaranteed! Needless to say, based on this ordeal, I will not be doing business with Cymax in the future. That particular chair should have never left the factory in that conditons, this reflects badly on Steve Silver chairs.

Very high end and expensive looking. Very sturdy just takes some time to put together. But well worth the sturdiness. Good inbetween weight. Nice shape and rich color. Great stitching, buttons and so much more than a straight parson chair. Adds beauty to a room. Our best internet find for our house. Glad we took the chance. Excellent pricing and fast shipping.

Star Puchase and find. I shoppped all the local furniture stores and found nothing like this. They are very well made and feel comfortable unlike many straight edge parson chair. More padding and style than I found any where. Very sleek and stylish. Camel is a rich color. Takes some time to screw together-very tight fit but well worth the stability of the chair. Incredible pricing. Bought 2 more for a total of 8.
