I am happy with the item and the way it looks. I was just unlucky, one of the pieces arrived with a scratch. I will have to apply some type of stain to "fix". Nothing major.

My only two issues I had with this unit is the two shelfs that aren't adjustable are placed in locations that if you're using it for DVD's, the DVD's won't beable to stand up on two shelves. If you're using it for CD's, then there aren't any problems with it. For me I just used those two shelves for my DVD box sets and laid them on thier sides so it wasn't a big deal to me. My other issue is it's kinda tuff to get the movies located in the center of the shelf. It hasent' been that inconvienent for me, but it could be to someone else. Intially when I was taking it out of the box I though it was kind of flimsy, but after it was assembled it turned out to be a pretty sturdy piece of furnature. For the price you couldn't do better.

[...] Easy to assemble if you actually watch how you place the pieces. The only issue is the center is hard to access when you store DVDs etc. However if you leave a little space on each shelf you can make up for it. I plan on buying another for my growing collection.

I really like this cabinet. Good quality, solid, easy to assemble, looks great. Wasn't finding anything locally in stores, so I was pleased to see the selection that MediaStorageCenter has online.

For what I paid, I wish it was a little bigger, but I understood the size when I bought it. There isn't anything bigger available without paying an exorbitant price. The quality is good and it stores my DVDs in a smaller space than the cabinet I used before. The DVDs are easy to see and don't have to be pulled out of the cabinet to make a selection.

I purchased this unit after an extensive on-line search. What drew me to this unit was the elegant look of the piece, especially the classic window-style doors. Assembly was relatively easy- however the instructions were not very clear, and might be difficult for someone who has never assembled this type of unit before. The cabinet is well-made, and has a more expensive feel to it than other cabinets in its class. The one issue I have with the unit is that the positioning of the fixed shelves results in the top and bottom shelf not being usable for DVD's (it does however fit CD's). This limits the number of DVD's that can be stored in the unit. All in all, a very good buy considering the price!

We looked for a couple of years to find a CD cabinet that went well with our entertainment center. We wanted something with doors but something shallow so it didn't take up too much space. This cabinet was perfect and looks very nice in our LR. Adjustable shelves are great and sliding doors work well. It arrived with two deep scratches in the glass, which was quickly replaced by the manufacturer with no hassles. Easy to put together.
