This is one piece of furniture which is pretty simple to assemble, IF you pay very close to attention to the instructions. Some instruction booklets are a nightmare to follow but the instruction booklet for this changer is well laid out and easy to follow-just pay extra attention in some areas of assembly. It is a very nice changer once it's put together and the manufacturer has each piece clearly labeled so you don't screw up assembling it. The color of the wood is WAY darker than what is pictured so keep this in mind. I would have given it 5 stars, but one plastic piece which is a slider for one of the drawer arrived with a broken edge. I didn't notice this until after I had placed it into the wood piece it goes into and once the sliders are in, they cannot be removed. Thankfully it's not a big deal as no one will ever notice it and the drawer still works well. The wood does seem to scratch easily as well, but the manufacturer sent along a color match pen to fill in any dings. It seems quite sturdy and I think it is built to last. I put it all together just shy of 2 hours from start to finish. I'd recommend this product, all in all 4.5/5.

I am very pleased with my changing table. Mom and I was able to put it together without any help from dad!It was fairly well easy to put together.However,pieces that are the same color on both sides can cause so problems with assembling. I do recommend labeling the adjoining part.

I bought this for my daughter's first child. My husband put it together and although it took awhile, it did go together very nicely. Looks very nice and is ready for the new child.
