This headboard really makes this bed work visually. Looks very nice, and it is good to have a place for the kids to put their books after reading at night. Make sure that once you attach this to the bed, you don't try and move it by yourself. It isn't so much that it's heavy, but you could rip out sections of the particle board if you don't take the weight off while you're moving it. It doesn't attach to the bed well enough to be certain one piece or the other wouldn't be damaged.

Nice headboard for a lamp & some reading material. I purchased this with the bed, and was glad I did, so my sons' pillows don't fall off. You do not need a boxspring (foundation). A Euro Matress is just the right height.

Nice complement to the bed. A must for kid's toys and books; really personalizes the room. We appreciate the ability to add a lighting fixture so the wires do not show. Needed to touch up seams with touch up marker at times; but overall beautiful colour and simple style.
