Have no problem with product, but how it was shipped, corner of box was torn, so the corner of the platform bottom was chipped off, also,there was not enough cap tabs to cover screws, I also ordered the six drawer dresser, there was a hairline crack right down the middle. In formed company and they said will send replacement parts which will take how long. Cymax offered me 5% refund, as of right now, have not accepted. Will let you know later of outcome. I don't like ording on line, if product is damaged cant just take it back to store.!!!!!!

I had to call during the assembly to clarify directions that were not included in the instructions. It took 2 hours to asseble.

I absolutely adore the design, love the comfort and seems durable. However,took me longer than I bargained for to assemble the bed. The platform edges are extremely sharp and can be a potential danger around young children. I am using this bed as a primary bed for now.

This is a really nice looking modern design and well made bed. It came amazingly packaged and the instructions were clear. It's inexpensive so it is a maple laminate finish, but the storage is great and the mattress isn't sliding off like our DWR platform bed. The drawers are as advertised - storage - too hard to reach for daily use. Great for kids. The corners are pretty sharp - typical perils of a platform bed - you will learn how not to hit your shins in the dark.

Looks really nice in my teenage daughters room. We lack storage so the drawers work well. The final step of assembly was a little tricky and difficult causing the three flat boards to be aligned unevenly on top.

There isn't much choice in bed platforms for Temperpedic style beds, and this one is cheap with drawers and understated style. That makes it a functional economic choice, but the assembly took longer than expected because they use unique fasteners instead of regular screws. The tabs that are supposed to protect the mattress from the screw heads fall off when changing sheets. The corners of the platform stick out beyond the mattress and have dinged a few shins. It's functional, but that is all.

I love this bed, really looks great and holds the bed well. Only downside is if you set this up on carpet, or at least my type of carpet, it sinks into the carpet a little bit and makes it difficult to open the drawers on the bottom.

the top of the bed is not covered with wood finish, so you have no choice but to put that part up against the wall

Sturdy all over except the drawer base that can only take light weight. It may be safer if the corners were rounded, but can just put pads to reduce injury if you hit the corners.
