This desk is situated in my kitchen for the home PC. For the excellent price, this desk gives a lot of bang for the buck. It is sturdy and beautiful in the cherry finish. It is compact and yet has good storage for books, paper, office supplies, and CDs. I especially like the storage cabinet for the tower. It is a big help in keeping the tower less dusty. There are 2 little dents on an outside edge of the desktop, [...] but the finish is not broken, and I just accept them as "unique" to my desk. I am very, very happy with this purchase.

Even when we tried lifting the desk completely some pieces became pulled apart! (We did assemble everything correctly by the way.) Now that the desk is in place, however, it is as sturdy as can be!! Aside from moving problems [...] I have been very happy with the desk! I have lots of room for writing, there is a decent amount of storage (though more would be nice), and it looks very nice. I was able to assemble it in one night, though I recommend you have lots of room to sort and lay pieces out and someone to help. I would definately recommend the desk to a friend, though I would warn them about the difficulty in moving the desk.

Excellent for the price. Big space saver with its compact design. Plenty of shelf space with adjustable shelf height on the side. Just enough room for a printer on top of the hutch. Sturdy. A drawer for office supply items would have been useful but the little cubes in the hutch will do.

I cannot say enough about how much I love this desk! It has so much storage and the fact that the side shelves can be placed on the left or right made this purchase a no-brainer for me. Having browsed well over one thousand desks on this site and various others, I believe this desk offers some of the most efficient usage of space among desks at any price. Construction feels sturdy and putting it together was easy—just realize it takes about 3 hours.

I fell in love with this desk the moment I saw it on the internet! It is exactly what I wanted. I did have to have someone assemble it for me, as that part was pretty confusing...but it is a very heavy and durable desk...attractive and functional. I love it!

This desk with the hutch is perfect and just what we were looking for. We have it in our bedroom and it's the perfect size for a bedroom that's not that big. Very sturdy and it looks great. The only con is that where you put the keyboard is kind of flimsy and when you lean on it with your hands as you type it pushes it down and then it pops back up. It's noisy and annoying. Other than that, great product! Love the bookcase on the side - what a great idea!

We added this desk to our home office for our daughter to do school work etc. The office is rather small and we chose this desk for that reason. Assembly was easy but time consuming. Once together it looks very well made and sturdy.
The desk is very functional also.
