The desk looks really good. It takes a while to assemble but the instructions are clear and if you follow them you shouldn't have any issues.

I was a bit intimidated by the number of parts and instructions at first, but the design is actually very clever and the end result is a well built desk that my daughter uses daily for her homework (she is in high school). The desk is very easy to assemble and is a good size. We don't use the keyboard drawer for a keyboard, but it is handy for other things, as is the little cubby.
Only drawback that I have noticed (we've had it about 6 weeks) is that the veneer can chip, so you have to be fairly careful. Fortunately, the desk comes with repair markers that match the finishes of the parts very well so that you can touch it up if needed. A nice piece of functional furniture at a great price! Attractive as well.

Love the country yet contemporary look and the hardware of the desk. Size was perfect for the little office space assigned.

The only complaint I got from the guys who assembled the desk was that the instruction was too simple. They joked that may be it's the Canadian way of doing things. They are used to assembling furniture with very detailed steps and graphic illustrations. It took all three guys three hours plus to put together the desk, most of the time spent on figuring out the instructions.

Good desk for the money. Had the desk 2 months now. Better than a lot of the one's sold in the big box stores. Only flaws are that the veneer on the top of the desk is delicate on the edges and there are three pieces of so called "wood" on the front that can beak easily. The one that is near your foot is broken on mine. Slot above the two side drawers is handy. Love the colors.
