It was delivered quickly, the assembly and setup were very easy, and it is just as advertised.

For the money, it can't be beat. That said, you get what you pay for. This is not "fine furniture" -- it's melamine covered chip-board, and is certainly not going to last very long. But it's just what my 7-year-old wanted, and she's happy with it. The drawers in particular are flimsy and probably wouldn't stand up to daily use -- but we'll be sure to use them for long-term storage, and not for everyday items, so I think we'll be fine.

We purchased this bed for our 2 year old moving from crib. Needed more storage and didn't want a dresser. This bed is perfect for our needs. I (mommy) put it together with no issues. I'm very happy with my purchase and would buy it again. The only thing that bothers me is the smell from the drawers. It is going away with time, but makes her cloths smell. Without smell, I would give 5 stars.

I bought the bed for my teenage daughter. I let her select it herself. It is very beautiful and fits nice with her decor. Unfortunately, the inside of the drawers are just particle board and broke. I would still recommend, but would reinforce the inside drawers... especially for younger children who tend to overstuff the drawers.

We bought this bed for our two daughters, 10 and 5. They love them. Assembly took about an hour and can not be rushed.
I would suggest if you get the bed for older children to replace the particle board bed holder with a stronger platform such as plywood.

My husband and I purchased this item as our 3 year-old daughter's first bed after leaving her convertible crib. We needed something compact, as she would be sharing a room with our new baby, and also wanted something with storage that was sturdy, looked nice and was inexpensive. This was the only bed that we found anywhere that met all of our requirements! The only reason I took off a star is that my husband found it somewhat difficult to assemble because of the instructions that were included. He said that they were vague and unhelpful a lot of times, instructing that 2 pieces needed to be attached to each other, but neglecting to say that there was one specific way they attached. He said that it would have taken him a lot less time to put the bed together if the instructions had been more specific. He also said that the bed assembly was definitely a 2-person job...not that that's necessarily a bad thing, but definitely something to keep in mind when it comes time to assemble the bed. All of that said, he and his uncle had the bed put together within 2 hours, so not too bad overall. Once assembled, the bed had a nice, clean look...I've seen similar beds at expensive children's decorating retail stores that would sell for 2-3 times as much, yet I'm thrilled with the way this bed looks. It could easily be made more boyish or gender-neutral by switching out the included knobs. The drawers offer a nice amount of storage and are fully functional and easy for our daughter to use. The bed has a sturdy feel to it and our daughter seems very comfortable in it at night. Overall, I am thrilled with this purchase...I can't believe what a great price we got on this great bed!

This bed came sooner than expected which was great! My husband assembled it quickly and easily. My 3 year old daughter loves it and wanted to fill the drawers immediately. Great space saver with three good sized drawers. It is perfect for what we need.
