              I purchased this headboard for my grown son's room. It took longer to ship than I expected. You have to assemble this headboard. It took me about an hour to assemble by myself. If you are used to putting together furniture, this will be no problem. It is a very nice looking headboard. My only complaint was that I had to go to the hardware store to get additional nuts and bolts to attach to the metal frame bed that I already had. I wanted to make sure it was sturdy. I didn't know how to attach the headboard to the frame with the 4 screws that came with the headboard. All in all I am very satisfied with my purchase.

              Headboard looks great! Assembly is not difficult, but the only screws that come with it are too long in some sections resulting in them sticking through the headboard in a very noticeable place and damaging the headboard!....needs some shorter screws...be careful during assembly!
