I found a "C" clamp handy in pressing (instead of hammering) some parts together and a drill motor useful in pre-drilling nail holes for back cover. Come to think of it, it would have been nice to have some form of "quick disconnect" hardware for back cover. Overall: a good value

      Plenty room for stereo equipment, HD boxes, cable, etc. behind glass doors.
      Pretty easy to put together, following step by step instructions. You need 2 people to assemble and move into place.

        Works great with my 52" TV. Can easily handle the weight and looks great proportionately. It has a nice dark color. My only con would be that the construction directions are a bit vague, but as long as you pay attention to what you are doing, you'll be fine. note: the glass doors are adjustable, so don't worry if they don't line up right at first. note #2: there are extra pieces in the box.

        This looks as good as the picture. The only con we have is that it easily gets scratched, and in fact came with numerous scratches. But that can easily be fixed. Also, the item was not packaged well and we had big nicks and also one part was bent. Once assembled no one but us would notice. Great storage. We liked the glass doors - our little ones can no longer turn the dials, etc. and they don't seem to be interested in opening the doors to do so.

        [...]The furniture holds my 42 inch LCD flat-screen with ease. It's exactly what we wanted, as it's long and makes the TV not look so gargantuan. It was actually pretty easy to assemble, I did it myself. It's a little weird to hammer the glass doors in, but they didn't break. I couldn't be more pleased with the features on this piece of furniture, and I highly recommend buying it from Cymax.

          I had my doubts about this when I ordered it; Thought it might turn out to be flimsy and cheap looking. I was wrong. This TV stand looks really good. Be careful about the finish though. It scrathes easily. Maybe it's not a good choice for a family with active little ones.
