The directions aren't complicated as others would put it, but mine didn't come with all the hardware needed and two pieces of "wood" were broken and had to be repaired before I could even begin assembly. It's together now and we love the look after we altered several things. The screws for the knobs are too long and won't pull the knob taut. There are gaps around the drawers if you don't adjust the height of the slides. I love our nursery and think that this is a good piece if you're as handy as we are. On the other hand, my best friend ordered the same product in espresso and hers came with everything, was in perfect condition and she had to make no alterations. I say buy it!

The changing table took a little time to assemble and when completed, there were two of one part and none of another. But the customer service people were excellent and shipped the missing part the next day!

We got this changing table for our baby shower (it was purchased in [@]). We were very excited and started putting it together. However, we made a mistake (we tried to stand it up too soon) and it collapsed and one side broke (our fault, though I would agree that the quality is so-so, it is particle board after all). My husband called customer service and they said they would ship the part to us right away and free of charge (there is a one-year warranty! nice!). We received it a week after and put the changing table together without any problems. It is not too hard to put it together. Just don't try to stand it up before the instructions tell you to ;) All in all, I definitely like the look. I would recommend it if you need a changing table with drawers and don't want to spend more. I can say I am happy with it so far :)

I loved the design of this change table. However, it takes a very long time to assemble. It's a good thing my husbands a carpenter otherwise i would never have been able to put it together. The directions are not clear at all and there was a lot of unnecessary things you have to do. It's a lot bigger than it looks and provides a lot of room in the drawers and cubbies.

This is a beautiful piece of furniture! It takes a while to set up, some concentration and preferably two people, but the end result is definitely worth it. High quality item and very sturdy.

We bought this online due to the lack of availability for such a product in our area. It was a little tricky to put together but not really bad. I love the look of the changing table and the functionality! It's saftey features I am very impressed by.

This is a very nice piece, I chose this because I feel like I will be able to use it long after the Diaper Duty phase passes. My husband didn't complain about the instructions and took about and hour and a half or so to put it together. It looks so great and I love the storage cubes, and yes the drawers are small, great for the tiny clothes and maybe socks and undies down the road.

We love the style of this changing table. The cubbies underneath the changing area are perfect for diapers and toilet items.
