The bed was easy to put together. It is very sturdy and nice looking. The drawers don't slide as easily as I would like. But it is worth the cost.

so far the bed was a great purchase that i could see[...] i did come into some problems with assembly[...]directions weren't impossible but the drawers were not well constucted.. the plastic beige hole incaps are an obstruction to the screws entering from the sides. other than that it is okay.

One of the rails was broken out of the box. Two of the knobs were milled poorly. Overall quality was fair. Easy to assemble.

My son is 5 years old. I bought it as his big boy bed...and because he loves blue. I worry that the wooden board underneath the mattress will not support a heavier size person. The plank just lays inside of the frame...you don't nail it down or anything. But for a 5 yr old it works. I just tell him not to jump on it. I didn't buy a spring board. But got a comfy mattress that fit perfectly.

The drawers assembled difficulty...we had trouble inserting them.

It fit the mood of his room... I would recommend it for children..and not for guest rooms...since I don't think its that sturdy for a larger pereson.

[...].A tip: the mattress tends to slide around a bit on the bed. I solved this by putting one of those rubberized pads (used to prevent throw rugs from throwing you!) on top of the bed before putting the mattress on it.

Great Price for the transition to a "Big Girl" bed. So far so good.
I anticipate that it will met our expectations regarding its durability.

We got this bed without the headboard for my 5 year olds bedroom. His bedroom is very small and this fits perfect and looks great even without the headboard. The drawers are great too, who couldn't use extra storage? It's very sturdy and we really like the color. I feel like this piece of furniture will last a long, long time.
