As good as it looks

I bought this headboard because it was exactly the style and shape I was searching for. Unfortunately, the light wood-grain finish did not work with the decor, but being very creative, I refinished it to a dark walnut finish. I primed it with a paint specifically for plastic/laminate, painted/glazed it. It is absolutely beautiful. I could not be happier with your product. [...] Thank you very much.

Back panel could have a better finish on the edge as you can see the edge from teh side view.

While assembling the headboard, it did not line up on the sides. In the piece that attached to top of the headboard, the middle hole was drilled too low. You can see light through the hole. I had to cover it with something. Very attractive headboard; just didn't seem to be much in the way of quality control. Kept it because with the trouble I had in getting the hardware, I could only imagine the problems that would arise if I asked for a replacement headboard.

Perfect for my daughter's room. A design that can grow with her and won't be too kid-like. I did, however, whimsy it up a bit by painting the recessed panel white (should have used a better primer though) and added some princess decals which she is thrilled with. Later we can just scrub the paint off and it will look all "wood" again. Thanks for a good product and quick delivery, great price!

This headboard was for my daughter's room and it is perfect for that. It blends well with her existing furniture and looks good. Putting it together was not really difficult, but the screws included only worked if you were attaching to a wood frame. We attached to a metal bed frame so my husband had to go and buy screws with nuts to hold to frame.

ordered 2 headboards for beach rental house..matched our pine furniture perfectly. Very good product for the price. They were a lot sturdier than the headboards we replaced.

The only problem I found was that the directions were not clear enough. I had to resort to the picture throughout the assembly. Pieces should be marked a little better: ie; FACE, BACK, ETC. I am not an idiot but a little clearer please.
