Primary use bed. Sturdy and comfortable. Concerns: Not all of the plywood pieces were marked. In addition, the hard wood trim pieces were not drilled (which made installation with the wood screws impossible). Definately a two-person job. Overall, we're satisfied+ with the quality/value.

I brought this bed for my daughter and she loves it. She likes the fact that it is platform bed and it does not look the same as a regular bed. She is always looking for something differnt and this was a great place to start.I just got this bed about two weeks ago so, so far so good.

Our family now has three platform beds we use to just sleep with the mattresses on our floor cause it felt much better to us and we do recommend this bed to others now my sister wants me to order her one she is moving in too weeks so Thank You for putting this platform to great use to save our bodies and get complete rest, where can we find the right mattress for our bed please we were thinking of one side firm and the other soft would be deeply appreciated from all of you.

Well, this bed is exactly what it's claiming - a budget platform bed. Despite what I'd read in previous comments before purchasing, assembly was easy. Put it together by myself in about 40 minutes. It has been about two months and it is holding up fine. The one complaint i have is that there is a squeaking noise from the middle of the bed if weight is concentrated in one spot. It seems to come from the sides of the boards rubbing together - havent attempted a fix yet. Glad i bought this overall, and ignored the malarkey about 'too heavy to move - once you set it up its there for life' and 'had to put extra screws in all over the place'. Nonsense. Do it right the first time & youll be fine. For an [...]-type product [...] For the money, I don't think you'll find a better deal, and the product is good enough to keep around at least three years.

Was not hard to assemble but the instuctions did have confusing wording. Did not need any extra tools just a screwdriver. A power screwdriver works best to make sure all screws are tight.

Make sure to double check lining on the holes before screwing in as once a hole is made, you cannot remedy it.

The finished product looks great. Allows an option to add headboard if you like.

Been sleeping on it for 3 weeks now and no hint on loose boards or instability.

Great value and great product.

All is well except corners at foot of platform should be rounded off, they kill the shins when bed has spread or comforter over it

I bought this bed for my 2 year old son. I was considering bunk beds at first (hoping for another child soon), but I decided against it because they can dangerous. I wanted something inexpensive, that could possibly last me while.

This bed is perfect, it was not difficult to assemble. I am a female and assembled it by myself in about 90 mins. Some of the screw holes were off, but other than that, no major problems. It is a decent bed for the price. Would I put it in my Master bedroom or guest room...probably not. It has unfinished top which I did not particularly care for, but that's minor. My husband and I were all able to sleep on it together. That's about 300lbs and it felt very sturdy. It's pretty much a box, which you put a mattress on, but sleek in design. Great for a kids room.
