The table is beautiful and looks like it is solid wood (it's not). It is a great value for the money.

I was concerned about service through Cymax because I read some horrible reviews. My experience wasn't great, but everything worked out ok in the end. Product was supposed to ship and be delivered in 7-10 days. After several days with no update on shipping status on the website, I called customer service. The person I spoke with actually did get back to me with a voicemail with an update about status (delayed at manufacturer). I was given the option to cancel or wait. I left a message asking for a call back because I needed to change the delivery address since I was going to be out of town. I never got a call back and the product was delivered while I was out of town for 2 weeks. The package sat at my door, not protected from the weather, for some part of that 2 weeks. I was very concerned about possible damage, but in the end it all worked out ok. Table was fine, not damaged at all.

I probably would order from Cymax again, particularly because the price for this table was several hundred less than at other sites. But if I do order from them again, I am going to be a real stickler about following up all voicemails to get things right!
