Comments about Sauder Shoal Creek Full/Queen Headboard in Jamocha Wood:

The headboard has been assembled and it looks ok. When ordering, I specifically asked that if no one was home that the product be left on the patio step which was under cover and out of the elements.
Well, the day the product arrived it was left on my front door step, blocking my entry through the door. The product weighs some 70 + pounds and I am a senior who had to track two people down for assistance to get the product into the condo. Also, after delivery it started to shower so the product was getting wet.

I will probably not order products through this company again because they cannot ensure that the delivery instructions be adhered to.

Comments about Sauder Shoal Creek Full/Queen Headboard in Jamocha Wood:

I live in Ohio, and just discovered the manufacturer's headquarters are also. Like the other comment, these items take some time to assemble. I also bought 1 matching night stand, and assembled it first. I started the headboard on Wednesday night. I got as far as Step 5 to discover the top board was badly cracked. I took several pictures for a possible warranty replacement, then got on their website. Not only was ordering a new board easy, they didn't ask for any pictures/proof. I got an email that it would take 6-8 business days. My new replacement board was waiting for me on my doorstep Friday, 2 days later. And they included their full catalog in the box. BEST customer service I've had in 20 years.

Great buy for my 12 year olds bedroom. Not the best quality but what do you expect for [$] dollars with no tax and free shipping? would buy again and probably will because my 11 year old probabaly could use a new headbord too.

Shelves and drawers are very useful. We got the package deal with the 2 nightstands. Great price for all 3, but it took about 3.5 hours to put it all together.
