The desk was easy to assemble, however, not all parts were labled. While it is an attractive piece the legs are very sharp making it difficult move. When you decide to assemble it make sure you are close to its permanent location. Otherwise, moving it in one piece will cause it to lose it's sturdiness.

Would never buy particle board again.
Bought two desk, one came in with dents all over the top of desk and a bad side. Comes undone if you try to move it. The particle board is very soft and breaks apart easily. Spend a little more and get wood not particle board.

Purchased desk for home use: Sauder Stockbridge Executive Trestle Desk in Jamocha Wood. Couldn't believe the poor quality-pressed board, fell apart when assembling. Missing parts. Very, very cheap. Top had crack that appeared when assembled. Don't buy assemble furnuiture. Spend a few extra dollars, see what you're buying, without assembling. Cymax did allow me to donate the desk, send them a receipt & refunded the purchase price. If the wood is particale board, STAY AWAY.

I wish I never purchased. First, it was delivered to a house three blocks away. I'm glad that homeowner was nice enough to bring it to me. Second, it came damaged. Now I hate using it. Leaves to many hand prints.

I got this desk because dimensions wise, it fit perfectly in my small office. The photos in the ad show the desk sitting in the middle of the room. Problem with that is the backside isn't finished and it would have been nice if the product photos or description informed you of that. Instead of having the desk in the middle of the office I have it facing a wall now. I might not have purchased the desk because of that. Beyond that, the desk is well constructed and feels solid once it's assembled. Plenty of storage space and there are other matching filing systems that you can purchase if you need more. Great buy for the price, just need to represent the desk better in the product photos & description.

Nice desk. Great color. 2 ladies put it together in a few hours. Hardware makes for simpler assembly. If you are picky about dings & knicks, then this is not the desk for you. Overall, we are happy with it. Is very sturdy once assembled.
