        I have purchased several pieces of "assemble you own" furniture. None have compared to the quality of this piece in weight, pieces fitting together properly and final looks. While not extremely simple to assemble, it was not too difficult for an average person to handle. This piece contains two doors that close and meet in the center. My measurement of success was that the doors were vertical, and when closed they were the same height. It looks great!! It is heavy and very sturdy.

        I bought this product for a bedroom tv stand for a 40" HDTV. I like the high designe so you can watch tv while in bed with out seeing you feet. It looks like a very expensive stand. Holds the cable box and DVD player with all kinds of room for whatever you want to store.

            I shopped all over looking for a new TV stand to match my oak tables. This is a really good match. I assembled it myself in about 1.5 hours. Instructions are easy to follow. There are 11 steps and I was pleasantly surprised at the end result. My husband came home and was impressed with the unit. This was the lowest price unit I found for what I needed and yet it is the highest quality compared to what I've seen in stores.

                    [...]. It had clearcut instructions for assembly, and was reasonable to assemble, even in a tight space. It holds the TV and components high enough for the remote signal to reach them even over my elevated feet. There is a lot of storage for media. It is attractive, but if I have to nit pick, the alignment or fit was about 1/32" off on one piece. I was able to correct that with a little sweat equity. Overall, a great product I am very pleased with!

                            This unit is darker than shown online and on the label on the box. If you're trying to match it to some other furniture you have, prepare to be disappointed.
