Two drawers with patented Tlock assembly system hold letter or legal size hanging files. Storage area behind raised panel door holds a vertical CPU tower. We consolidated 2 households and I had to get rid of an l-shaped desk to accommodate my husband's desk in the small office room. This fits the bill, as footprint is high, rather than wide. It is very sturdy, with quality hinges and drawer sliding mechanisms. It took a long time to put together, but I would not say it was difficult.

I got this for my husband after he started medical school so that he can study at home. He loves it! The desk does a good job of consolidating space in our tiny apartment and it has been a great work area for him. It did take a whole day to assemble, though. But it's totally worth it! This is a great product for a great price!

I finally found a computer desk with a hutch that would hold my 21in x18in iMac. It fits beautifully with room to spare in this unit. The overall design and cherry wood finish is very attractive. The 58in wide desktop provides a lot of room to work while displaying pictures, ornaments, a desk lamp etc. This is a very sturdy and beautifully designed furniture.
