I love the unit and I recieved it within 6 days which was 7/11/12. The box was damaged and you could see damage to the edge of the unit in the box. I contacted Cymax and told them I never opened the box and it went downhill from there. After much correspondence was finally told on the 16th that they would reorder and send email with instructions. Got email that said to donate unit to a charity and send reciept to Cymax and they would send new unit. I live in town with 1 traffic light and 35 miles to nearest[@] so that couldn't happen. Was finally told on the 16th that they would order the damaged part and it is the 22nd and I still haven't heard anyhing. Would DEFINITELY NOT BY FROM THEM AGAIN. I love the unit, not the way I have been treated. That is too bad because I was going to buy bedroom furniture from them.

I needed a compact desk to fit in a very tight space. This unit was perfect in every way. I enjoy it's style, and how well it holds everything I need for a at home office.

Sauder model 3330 computer armoire is a great value! It helped us organize our computer work area and enhance our family room. It arrived with very minor damage to two pieces, but Sauder was great at replacing the parts within a few days. We were extremely pleased with their customer service. We were able to modify the unit slightly to accomodate our large printer by not installing the lower partition and lower pull out shelf, which aren't required for assembly (though the instructions don't expressly say this, we just figured this out on our on.) It allows for flexible placement of shelves and is very functional. We are extremely happy with the unit and highly recommend it.

I bought this product with saving space in mind. It’s the perfect size for a small room.
It holds my computer tower, monitor, printer, speakers and there is still room. The shelves are a great size and the keyboard and printer shelves slide in and out very smoothly.
I would recommend this to anyone. It’s a gorgeous piece of furniture, heavy and well made and would look good with many different styles of decor.

I'm sorry but, it the best thing I've purchace owning my own business.It dose not take up space it not hard to put together. everything was in the box. Was not damaged. So what negative thing I can say. The mail man had a hard time getting in my place. because it was heavy.( he was a small man)just one more thing I have search so many places. Great place to maintain my personal computer and personal/office supplies in my home study... sturdy piece of furniture that adds a little "rustic" charm to the room. It would have been nice for the piece to have a small drawer for storage ... I've received a lot of compliments on it and I've truly enjoyed this piece of furniture...it was easy to assemble by myself.
