      This stand was purchased for a friend's small apartment to hold a SONY WEGA 36" tv. It looks good in the corner and doesn't take up much room. The downside is the finish. The veneer was wrinkled where the tv sits so it doesn't matter.

      The biggest suggestion to future buyers is not to have high expectations for this stand. Then they might be mildly surprised that it is adequate and looks good......

          I bought this unit because I moved into a smaller Condo and didn't have room for a large stand. This one is perfect size, holds my cable box, DVD player and has storage space to hold small items. It fits nicely in the corner and the appearance is outstanding. I have a 32 inch flat-screen on it, but it would actually hold a larger flat-screen TV. Price was well worth it!

                I bought this stand for my parents for Christmas last year. They have a 36in tube television, so you can imagine the joy I felt finding this particular stand. It holds the weight of the TV easily, and fits perfectly into the corner. This stand is also stylish enough to hold a flat screen (once my parents step into the 21st century). My only issue is that it's a little lighter than most cherry furniture; however, it does blend well so I'm not really complaining.

                    Love it and we had no problems putting it together and all the hardware was there. The only thing I was disappointed in is that it was not deep enough to fit the DVD and surround equipement on the shelves without them poking out a little. I would recommend this to a friend.
