I am a college student and was looking for the nicest, cheapest furniture I could find. The appearence is great, and it looks nice in my room. However, one part was defective, so I couldnt assemble one of the drawers. Getting a hold of anyone in customer service was impossible.

The dresser is the perfect size for my guest bedroom and was easy to put together. The only things I don't like about it is that half the drawers are very hard to pull out and that you need to brace it with your knee to prevent it from falling forward (mainly when pulling out the . I do have it secured into thetop drawers) wall but it would rip out the screw if I didn't brace it with my knee. If there is a way to have the drawers come out more easily, I would appreciate it if you would let me know.

I bought this for a kid's room, and overall it's okay. I was disappointed with the gliders that the drawers slide on. They're made of plastic, and the drawers get stuck easily if they're not opened very carefully. Because of the poor quality of the gliders, I don't think they'll last very long. And once the gliders break down, the drawers will be useless, and therefore the whole dresser will be useless. The dresser was a good price, but I wish I had spent more money on a higher quality product. Also the drawers are a lot smaller than I thought they would be.

I was somewhat dismayed when my 5-drawer chest was delivered in a box as I wasn't aware that my order required assembly. I'm a 75 y.o. widow living alone and this appeared to be a daunting project. It sat on my porch for several days after delivery. Had I purchased the angel of death? Or was it a great mystery from the antiquities? Maybe, it was to be my last great challenge!! With the help of a young friend and an old friend, the 5-drawer chest was assembled in two hours and all my fears were flushed!! I'm happy with the end result and my clothing now resides in a very nice receptacle instead of a cardboard box!! Thank you and "Good Morning!"
