We bought this whole set for our bedroom. After the bad reviews we were nervous, but this bed is just as good as one you'd get at [...] and works fine for our bedroom. My husband was able to put it together with minor swearing. Even with the headboard, the nightstand needs to be a bit away from the bed to clear the leftmost drawer. I just put items I use the least in there. The drawers aren't as big as the ones I am replacing them with but I was able to fit all my Tshirts in one.

My teen loves the extra drawers, also it doesnt require a box spring so it costs less in the end. Looks great in her room!

Bought this bed for my 17 year-old son. He put the entire bed together himself. (I did hammer the small nails into the drawer bottoms though)We have had it a month and the drawers slide out easily, frame is solid, no issues or complaints.[...]

We bought 2 queens to use in our kids rooms and elimanated their chest of drawers. This is a great design for all the new small spaces out there today. You cannot make your own for the price and time it takes to receive and assemble one of these beds. The drawer material is far superior to any competition in this price range so the bottoms won't fall out.

material was weak and some wood split with the assembly. but still looks good and has lots of storage. Not durable but good for a teenager.

Actually much better than I thought it would be for the money. Like anything, if you make a few "customizations" you make make this bed extremely strong. (Like maybe adding an L bracket here and there. Also, don't let the drawers discourage you, try you own smaller screws with your own wholes drilled in the bottom to make the drawers slide smooth and effortlessly. The bumping and grinding comes from the side screws hitting the wheels. But man, what a SPACE SAVER!!!!
