    This headboard is very nice. It comes in one large heavy box, so in order to move it, I opened it up and took a few pieces at a time to where I was going to assemble it. The directions are quite self explanitory, and it went together in about one hour (and that was with a break or two) Its stable and when put togther seemed very solid. I then moved it by myself across carpeting (its recommended not to do this) to the bedroom and put it in place. Its beautiful and useful beyond words. Now I can have lamps where before I had no room for nightstands. Room for books, the clock, you name it. I'm very happy with this headboard, it looks like a piece of real furniture, and it arrived at my door for [$]

    Although the look of this bed is quite nice I was really disappointed at how flimsy some of the pieces were. The plastic dowels they provide as connector shear off with almost no effort and the veneer flakes around the edges easily. All in all I would not purchase a bed like this again.

      This was a very good quality headboard for the money. I was surprised at how sturdy it is. Would definitely recommend. It went together very easy. The only thing that would have been nice if there was a way to attach the headboard to the bedframe. Other than that, I would definitely recommend.
