We are using this as a student desk. It has good surface space and good storage space. The shipping box had had a tough journey and a couple of the supporting pieces arrived with minor cracks. As the box would not have survived a return trip and the pieces were large and quite heavy, I chose to keep it as is. It went together easily and looks as pictured.

Needed a desk for my 16 year old son's room that wasnt too expensive but wasnt cheap and flimsy. This desk is PERFECT. I easily put it together with help from my son and it was looking just ok while putting it together but once we were done with all the finished pieces it looked GREAT! We did not even bother with the pull out keyboard tray since he has a laptop. I would by again in a heart beat if needed!

This is a great desk. It looks very nice. It was very easy to assemble and is sturdy. It's great for my son's room, but I would use it too. I didn't attach the keyboard tray because he has a laptop.
