During assembly, need to be careful to keep the trim elements flat on the floor. Until assembled, the molded wood product is brittle and tolerates little torque and will crack. Once together the unit is solid.

We purchased this cabinet to hold a large-screen TV and all of our stereo and video components. It arrived with all the parts needed to assemble it; it was easy to assemble; and the time to do so closely matched the manufacturer's estimate of time to complete the assembly. The console is attractive and holds all of our audio and video components with room to spare. We are very pleased with it and pleased to have all of our equipment in one place rather than in 3 different cabinets.

I did a lot of research when looking for a new A/V cabinet and this was the only one that fit my criteria. It has three equal compartments that actually holds all of my A/V gear and had closing glass doors. Most of the other cabinets I looked at only had two equal size compartments with a smaller center portion which is unuseable for any audio gear (most are at least 17" wide). The cabinet is sleek, useful and has very clean visual lines. The assembly was pretty easy although the instructions / pictures are in black and white. This makes it difficult to figure out some of the pieces when they tell you gray, a darker gray and light gray. A sticker placed on each piece identifying it as C1, C2, etc. would greatly accelerate the assembly process. I am extremely happy with this purchase.
