The box was quite damaged when we got it, there were several screws missing so we had to go purchase to finish putting it together. There's a scratch on one of the glass doors and several nicks and spots where the black finish is off. After reading the return policy and damage policy, it just wasn't worth the hassle to try and contact you to get replacement pieces so we will just live with it as is. We had to use a black sharpie in many areas to cover nicks and marks. For what we paid, we are disappointed, this wasn't a cheap stand. And it took HOURS to put it together. It's nice to look at but hopefully people won't look too closely.

This product was just what we wanted and needed. It was a perfect fit for our new 70 inch TV and complemented our entertainment center. The only con was that the parts of the cabinet should have been labed with their letters and numbers.

Purchased to hold a new 65-inch Panny ST30 plasma. Tough to find a inexpensive (i.e. under $400) and attractive/stylish TV stand that would accommodate such a large TV and all my gear. I looked at multiple stores and website before finally settling on this, mostly because of above avg. reviews, the good looks, and the reasonable price. I have been happy with the purchase for the most part. It it large enough to fit the TV so it doesn't hang over (the TV goes right to the end of the stand with no overhang). It doesn't have a drawer, but the shelves are adjustable and there's enough room for all my stuff (center speaker, cable box, Blu-Ray, Denon receiver, Xbox, games, DVD's, etc). I like the glass doors (we did not install the center one in order to use for the center speaker). Relatively easy assembly (take your time). The only complaint, and it is a big one for me because I am particular, is the black veneer/coating chips and flakes easily, much more than I expected. I have a dozen or so dings in it from moving my stuff around in it. I use a black Sharpie to cover it up which means the only person that knows the dings are there is me. But like I said, I am particular and it bugs me sometimes. If you're not crazy particular then I say this is a great purchase. Not sure I would buy again, though, since a part of me wishes I would have spent the money to get a pre-assembled one (i.e. a real piece of furniture) but for under $350 inclusive of shipping and tax it's hard not to be happy with the value and style and functionally of this unit.

Very good product for the price. Packaged extremely well as box was destroyed and open, but components were all there and not scratched. Would have rather had solid wood, but for the price it was good. Only negative is that it is laminated particle board so if you slide components (or use the table daily), the laminate will scratch and the wood below will show (use black permanent marker to cover).

took about 3 hours to assemble, instructions are very good. would help if wooden parts were labeled. definitely put components in before putting on the top, it is much easier. looks very nice,,, if you are planning to put your vinyl albums in one of the doors, the positions of the shelves, will not allow a shelf in the same compartment as the albums, but they do fit
nicely without the shelf. great value for the look and functionality.

Very solid and nice looking unit for RTA furniture. I have all my components in the middle shelves and use the outside ones for displaying my wife's collectibles. I added low level strip lights and have had many comments saying this doesn't look like RTA furniture at all. I also have a 55" Sony on it that looks great. Nice and solid at 140 lbs and glass doors and hinges work well also. No complaints at all and happy with my purchase.

The unit itself is nice, but you would make your customers happier if you had the mfg. place small labels on the main pieces stating c-5-6etc, and an arrow showing which is the top.

Aso, have you considered making videos showing how to assemble the various products.
