          I received the cabinet on 2/21, it was damaged. On 2/22 I faxed off the form entitled "Parts and Damage Replacement Procedure" that I obtained from your website; with a description of the damage and the part number; along with my proof of purchase. To date I have not been contacted nor have I received the replacement part. I'm ready to ship the entire cabinet back to you and request that you reimburse me. I like the cabinet, I'd just like to have the broken piece shipped to me.

            This product was REALLY easy to put together by myself. It came without any dents or scratches. It looks really nice all put together. The only thing is I can't get it to stop wobbling. I tried to re- tighten all of the screww locks but it still moves. I think it might be my floor. Nice height for the couch. Love the pull out holder. The company needs to have it in silver also. I just spray painted the knobs. Turned out really well. My family loves it.
