This was a birthday present for our 9 year old niece. A place for her to comb her hair, store her "stuff" and a permanent piece of furniture for her to care for. She loves it! Feels like a grown up and uses it day and night and even shares with her 6 year old sister.
I bought this piece for myself (even tho it's a child's vanity - I'm petite and it's perfect!) and I love it. I've had it for about 4 years now. Have to tighten up the screws once in awhile but overall it's been a great little piece of furniture.
