Zuo Criss Cross Office Chair White
This is a beautiful office chair and looks great in my home office. It is very stylish and sharp, especially with the criss-cros
s work on the back of the chair. The only reasons it isn't a 5 star rating are because I had some difficulty with assembly and it is more of a style than comfort chair. However, overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase!

International Concepts Leisure Swivel Arm Chair (Set of 2)
First let my say this was my 1st purchase from one of the Cymax stores. I was very impressed with the ordering process, interne
t descriptions of the products, [...], and competitive price of product [...]. Five stars for Cymax stores I will definitely order from one their stores again. This type of chair (caster dining chair) is difficult to find these days. When you do find them they are extremely costly compared to chairs without swivel or caster. I was very pleased when I 1st spotted these chairs via another source and searched until I could find them at a price I could afford, which I did here. The chairs would get 5 stars if it wasn't for one shortcoming, unless you are a child or are under 5 ft tall they aren't really arm chairs. Yes they look like arm chairs in the photo AND IN PERSON, but when you sit in them the arms are too low down for you to rest your arms on. Its unbelieveable, I have never experienced anything like it before. I really wanted arm chairs as I'm replacing some caster casual dining chairs that have been in my family for about 30 years and that have arms, I've become accustomed to having arm chairs in the kitchen and find it awkward not to have anything to rest my arms on. So now I will be resting my arms on the table (something I raised not to do:>)). This is the one and only disadvantage to these chairs and you can't tell from looking at them, you can only tell once you sit in them. I'm not a tall person, I'm a 5"4 female yet my when I bend my arms to rest them they will not go low enough to rest on these chair arms. So if it is extremely important to you to get an armchair, keep looking. What you see on these chairs are for appearances only and not for resting arms unless you are a child or small enough in stature to do so.That aside everything else about the chairs I love. The fabric is a golden tan stitched into diamonds with warm brown dashes in each one. The space between each diamond is a biscuit color. The color is an unexpected bonus for me as it blends well with my dark golden tan living room furniture (which can be seen from the breakfast room) whereas I was just hoping for a neutral. The metal on the chairs is also biscuit in color. If you're aren't familar with biscuit, its not quite white but not quite almond either, its in between. Darker than off white but lighter than beige or almond. Some appliances come in biscuit so you might can find one and look at it if you want a better idea. The wood is light similar to a maple cabinet look. The cushions are extremely thick and firm. Every bit the 4 inches thick as described which is two times thicker than my old chairs. They feel a bit firm but I think will break in a little with time. Either way I like a firm chair so I'm fine with it.The mechanisms on the bottom is for adjusting the rocking back and forth only, they do not adjust the height of the chair or stop the swivel, which is fine as even with the extra thick cushing they fit under my table just fine. However if your table has a built in skirt around it you might want to be careful on the height. I'm a single female so here are some thoughts on assembly. 1st try to be home when its delivered so you can open the door and allow them to bring it across the threshold, the boxes are HEAVY. I'm so glad I was here! The driver was really nice and actually carried them all the way in to my den although he wasn't required to do so. Had he not I would have needed a dolly or something to get them in by myself. So have help on hand if you can.Assembly instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The majority of the chair is preassembled, you only have to put the wood on the base, add the casters, adjusting mechanisms, and cushions. Then you put the chair on the base. Pretty simple. Again as a single person I found it easier to leave the chair upside down on the floor, put the base on, then flip it over. To drill the wood trim to the base you need a well charged heavy duty hand drill not a manual screw driver. The reason is there are no holes in the wood. Your screwsriver need to have enough force to make the hole as the screw drives in. My little lady screw driver didn't have enough gusto to do that but my heavy duty one did. So I had to wait a day for it to charge. It took me a leisurly two hours to do the first chair... most of the time spent on figuring out that screwdriver issue. The other three I put together in one hour (all three in that one hour period). It took more time unbox and unwrap everything than it did to put the chairs together.I know this was a REALLY long review, sorry, but I hope it answers all the questions I had before ordering but couldn't find anywhere. If the chairs had usable armrests they would be 5 stars. If an armrest is not important to you they are great, if it is you might want to consider that these arms are for looks and assistance in moving the chairs only.
