This is a great budget saddle-seat chair. I sit at a high counter at work, and I replaced my very uncomfortable drafting-style chair with this, and have been quite happy with it. It took some getting used to, of course, but now I can sit for hours on it. It does get uncomfortable after several hours — usually at the end of a long day. But I also wanted a chair that would make me get up and move around, and this does that, too. Overall, a great chair.

I use the stool primarily at my computer for spinal support . I have been using a Fitness Ball (75cm) for the past 6 years after a bad accident fallowed by a spine surgery. My new cat is now nearly a year old and plays with the ball when I am away and it is the third new ball I buy in 3 months it is getting costly so I decided to look on the net for a chair/stool good for my posture as well as my spine. The closest was your this stool. A bit hard to sit on at first being used to the ball but the posture is the same.
