This is by far one of the best purchase I've made. The bed is not expensive but has the look and feel of an expensive bed.I've been looking for a contemporary platform style bed for a long time and came across this website.This site has the best prices [...].The only con about the bed is that it didn't come with instructions but it's easy to figure out how to assemble the bed.

I think it is a great bed, it was assembled with minimum difficulty, and I can recommend this bed to any one as a primary bed or for a guest room.

Bought the bed for my son's room. Good solid hard wood. Don't buy thinking you're getting a piece of "fine" furniture. It's a bargain bed and for the price a good buy. Not enough screws were provided for the slat assembly. Slats require 24 wood screws; box only included 12. My son likes the look and prefers a platform bed. Priced much better than higher end, "quality crafted" beds. It's sturdy, strong, looks good. Over all a safe purchase.

I bought this bed after merely seeing it online, which was a risk I don't normally take, but I liked the sleek style of it so much, and I wanted to try out a platform bed versus the typical bulky mattress/boxspring set. The bed arrived this morning [...] and I put it together on my lunch hour. I'd recommend having one more pair of hands when assembling, but I did it all by myself without a lot of hassle. I actually had a few minutes leftover to "try it out" with my own Sealy mattress that I love. It's very sturdy and very little noise when moving around on it. Furthermore, it looks AMAZING -- even better and way more expensive than on the site. Especially at around $400, I would strongly recommend this bed!

It's just what I wanted and looks great! I did learn that you don't need a box spring with it though or it covers too much of the headboard and the bed becomes too high. Also, I'm glad I had someone else assemble it for me. But other than that, it's awesome!

Ordered bed and chest. Very heavy furniture, nicely built. Totally impressed w/chest. Drawers roll easily yet very solid. Nice, sharp looking set for 14 yr. old son's room. ONly problem (another review had same thing) the center support leg for slats is too short to reach the floor and give any type of support. Just add a piece of wood to make appropriate length. Put together easily although lots of screws! Great buy.
