    Comments about Mayline Napoli 87" Reception Desk with Return and Privacy Screen:

    The desk looks exactly as shown on the web site, and is VERY attractive. However, it was quite difficult to assemble -- three experienced carpenters took almost 2 hours. The desk has two holes for wires, but are too small for computer connectors. The return has NO holes for wires and had to be drilled on site. Desk extends to floor all around so had to have infloor receptables installed as there was no way to get cords behind return to the wall receptable. The unit is very well made -- with one extremely ugly exception -- the use on a desk of this price of 6-8 sleezy round 1" pieces of thin plastic paper stick-ons (like on cheap modular bookcases from [...]!!) to cover the cam lock connectors. Spaced all around the desk/return side of the unit,they are VERY noticeable as the black color/grain nowhere near matches the actual wood. Although the covers for the wire holes were missing, they were promptly shipped by Cymax. In spite of the above issues, I am glad we purchased the unit. It has a professional, elegant look that blends well with the Asian decor of our reception area, and the storage space is excellent.
