We set this bed up in a couple of hours. It does not move when I push on it. It is very sturdy and made very well. It will last our girls a long time.

Great product, we also have it in the pine finish in my son's room. Looks beautiful. Only con was we had to predrill a few holes because one of the pieces had the holes on the wrong side. Other than that we love it.

I bought this bunkbed for my daughters, 9 and 3. It arrived in about 3 days - amazeing!! I had a very tight budget and had been looking for a while. I needed something with relatively small footprint and not too tall - our ceilings are only 7 feet. I also wanted a bed that took a regular mattress, not one of those "bunkbed" mattresses. I found great mattresses at a wharehouse store that mentioned they were great for bunkbeds, without being the thin kind. It took my husband and me about 1 1/2 hours to assemble the beds. It was not difficult, but there are a lot of parts. I was so happy with how sturdy it is. It has wooden slats to hold the mattresses and they are spaced about 3 inches apart. There is a weight limit of 165 lbs for each bed - so it should last us quite a while. The only negative would be the head clearance between the bottom and top bunks. My 3-year-old can barely sit up without bumping her head. But that is really not a big deal. I love that they can be split into two twin beds if you want - that may be nice in the future. I really couldn't be happier with the bed or cymax.

We really shopped around and did lots of homework...You absolutely CANNOT get a better price than this...Very pleased by the quality and price of the beds. My girls(6 and 2) LOVE them. They really are attractive. I was so pleased to see that they are made of actual WOOD and not all MFD...However, NOT a fan of the allen wrench, but it seems that is the way companies make things these days...what are ya gonna do? Overall, I AM HAPPY!

After reading all the reviews, I new this would be a sturdy bed, and it definitely is. At 130lbs, I had no trouble climbing on the top bunk and jumping around to verify that my a 6 year old and 3 year old boys wouldn't be able to budge it. I am quite impressed with the quality of the wood. Because of the price I assumed it would be that cheap laminate stuff, but it's real wood, with real paint.

The packing and labeling of the parts was fantastic! I couldn't believe how organized it was, and how easy it was to identify each piece as I needed it. This was by far one of the most organized and easy to read instruction manuals for furniture I've come across. I put this together BY MYSELF while my husband was at work in only 2.5 hours... if the kids were home to help, I'm sure it would have taken longer. Having an electric screwdriver is a must for the mattress slats, and if you have an allen wrench attachment for said screwdriver, that would make it go even faster (I didn't).

A few reviews have mentioned the low clearance from the bottom bunk to the top bunk, but honestly, it seems standard bunk bed height to me. Now, bunk beds with a futon on bottom and bed on top have WAY more clearance, but two beds like this generally only have about 2 feet. While I can't sit up straight on the bottom bunk, my 3 year CAN. I'm sure as he grows he will eventually no be able to sit up straight, but by then he should be quite adapted to having a bed above him.

I would most certainly purchase this bed over and over again and definitely recommend it to others. Honestly, you can't beat the quality for the price.

The beds were very easy to assembly and overall I was pleased with them. I do have to say that there were a couple of areas where the wood had dark color patches plus some rough areas. However, most of them were on the inside so it can't really be seen. I was also surprised by how tall the beds are (I am using them as separate beds instead of as a bunk bed) and they are very stable.
