Unfortunately I bought and assembled this "audio tower" thinking it would hold my receiver, CD/DVD player and turntable. The EXTERIOR dimensions are 18" wide but the frame of the unit is 3" wide, so the available width for use is only 15". My mistake cost me $150. I beleive it is improperly advertised-- the box calls the unit a "plasma TV tower" which also doesn't seem to fit.

shelf is unstable. poor quality, large gash was painted over and shiped.i would not recommend this tower shelf.

This product was what I expected. It had a few nicks when delivered, would be helpful to supply a small bottle of paint to cover nicks with the exact paint used.

The towers are very easy to assemble and are very well made. I am extremely pleased with this purchase.

[...] Easy to assemble and time of assembly quick (perhaps a little longer if watching football). Quality of material was good. The only thing we did not like were the pulls for the drawers, but a quick trip to Lowe's cured that.

I wish this was a tad bigger. I'm using it for video game consoles and surround sound reciever. The PS3 does not fit standing up on its side, but it does on laying down -- It takes up a whole shelf. The stereo wouldn't fit on a shelf, so I had to put it on top. Everythind did fid, though.

And this shelf is nearly $100 cheaper than what I've seen elsewhere.
