The product is sturdy, well constructed and easy to assemble. I bought it for record (12" LP)storage and it is perfect for that application. It also complements my black Kathy Ireland Office furniture. Overall this piece is an excellent value.

i use the shelve for books. impressed w/ decorative look; love the design and color. just overall-the shelves were just as described on the site-which is impressive these days.
not "easy" to assemble-but certainly doable. took about 30-45 minutes for me. but the assembly is -in my opinion-made to be secure-so i prefer the not quick -often cheap and easy installing as to the well constructed design once assembled-it is strong-unlike other "to-be-assembled" pieces.

This is a very beautiful shelf. I use it to display books and decorative items. It can hold a good amount of weight and the open ends are a great touch to the display.
