We bought this shelf for my 1 year old daughters room to place her books on and we love it. It was easy to assemble, fits perfectly into the space we had and we love that it came with a bracket to secure it to the wall for safety. Looks wonderful with all her other white furniture as well.

I needed two white matching bookcases of this height on either side of my TALL white bookcase. These have lovely lines, and I like the depth and width of the shelves.

What I had a hard time with were securing several of the bolts into their "holders," for lack of a better word. I had to glue pieces together in places to make sure they held.

The other thing I would've liked included in the package is 10 white painted wood "plugs" to cover the obvious screw holes on the two outsides of each bookcase. I bought 10 unpainted ones for each bookcase, glued them into the holes, then repainted both bookcases with a high-gloss oil-based paint. They look smashing!

One more thing: while I am a budget-conscious shopper, and the price was right for these bookshelves, I also insist upon a high-quality look, which I think is achieved by this product (and the improvements I made to it!).

I love the shelf. If you take note of the dimensions of the shelf, you know exactly what you are getting. I am not a fan of the flimsy back board, but that is typical for the price.
It works great in my little girls room for her books, and comes with a saftey hook in case my 2 year old climbs it.
I think overall, it was an awesome buy!
